Thanks. I can say I have never posted a coin starting at $.99 and had it go to a grand 1/2 hour later. This is the "closest to a 65" Redfield I have ever had. With minor mark forgiveness on this date, it has a real shot at the whole 65.
<< <i>Couldn't it be sent to ngc to grade in the holder, and then try to cross to pcgs if it came back high enough? >>
You could send it to PCGS for a crossover right now, as a 65. That is the grade on the holder. The person who buys this will likely want it in the Redfield, or want it for the toning on a very rare MS coin.
<< <i>Just curious... what do you think the coin grades? >>
I would give it 64+, but then I see coins like this and wonder just how much forgiveness these get because of the rare date. Both of the below images are of the same Cac 65 sold at Heritage.

<< <i>Nice key date too. It's currently at $5,300. Not too shabby!
It better go higher than that, or I will not be a happy camper!
3 Days to go!
2 days to go!
