1892-cc filled 2? VAM???

Question: I have a 1892-cc morgan that has what appears to be an extra piece of metal that fills in the lower part of the 2. I could not find any such VAM with this.

Has anyone seen something like this?

I don't have my camera now, but can try to take photos with my iphone through a loop.

Not uncommon with the 2's in Morgans. I've had a 82cc, and an 02-o that all had an
extra piece of metal (die chip) in the space just above the horizontal leg of the 2. No added
value that I ever received and no VAM as it's too minor (me thinks). Although I've not seen
a 92cc with that die chip.

Correct, no big deal, but cool

By itself, it doesn't indicate a specific VAM, although it could be used as a marker to indicate which VAM it is. Position and repunching of the date and mint mark will indicate which VAM this is.
