Help Please from the Franklin crowd

I have been checking without much success for pricing on the following 2 Franklin Halves and would appreciate some help. It is a 1959 PCGS-63 "goiter" FS-402 and 1959 PCGS-58 DDR FS-801. Can't seem to find much in auction results or price guides.
Thanks in advance for any help.

PCGS Registry says $170 on the Goiter but no prices are listed for the DDR in AU58. $25 - $850 in MS63-MS66
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

The goiter carries a significant premium. You won't find much in the way of auction records for it because the pop is very low. Coins like that, it is anybody's guess what it will sell for.

The 59 is very common and will not likely bring any premium above melt in that grade.
