Will never happen. I'm still somewhat surprised, frankly, they even started grading packs, as Joe had stated on more than one occasion that it wasn't worth the trouble and expense compared to the volume.
The cost of developing a mold for a rack would be cost-prohibitive, and I also don't feel that holdering racks particularly adds much significance, personally.
Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
Still waiting for them to grade thicker cards / jersey cards in a standard size card holder.
I had a Thurman Munson jersey card graded a PSA 10 they put it into a pack case and the card has shifted around in the holder and is damaged. Had about $100 in that card with grading and the card is ruined.
I am a few years away from giving up on them coming out with a holder. I think in the end I will go with Beckett for my thicker cards / jersey collection. Have about 300 Frank Thomas card I would like to get graded.
