Observations re: the Mint's New Product Schedule

Some interesting observations:
- They list various coins & combinations all the way through December 2013, but no Gold Spouses are listed, and even the 2013 First Spouse Bronze Medal Set is put off until December. It looks like the Gold Spouses are being pushed back further and further in the schedule each year. How far back past December can they be pushed?
- What the heck is THIS?:
May/June American Eagle West Point Two-Coin Silver Set (final product name TBD) TBD
- There is no mention of Fractional Gold Buffs or Fractional Plats or Fractional Burnished Unc AGEs or Plats.
