I and others I've talked to thought we should have a thread where we can post successful transactions we've had doing Precious Metal transactions on this site. So I ran the idea by DW and I have his blessing. I will monitor it, but he ultimately has all decision making authority of this thread. A BIG thank you to him for allowing us to have this feature. I have not been granted Mod status lol.
This is the example you should use per DW: "These are the people that I have had successful, no problem transactions with: (all the names of members they have)."
As with anything, there must be rules and they must be followed. Not doing so will result in your post in this thread being deleted and you will not be allowed to create a new one. Please abide by them so we can make this place have some transparency and ultimately become safer to trade precious metals on.
1) PCGS and/or Collectors Universe have absolutely no liability or responsibility in any transaction done thru this site. Trade at your own risk and be smart about doing so.
2) This thread is preferably for Precious Metals transactions although you may name profiles you've done coin transactions with.
3) Each profile can have only ONE post in this thread. When you've done another transaction with someone via this site, update your posting. Please do not add another post so the thread doesn't get overcrowded and become confusing to understand. If you've done multiple transactions with someone, you can state how many or just say multiple next to that persons profile. You can say if you were the buyer or the seller, or if it was a trade.
4) This thread is only to be used for successful, no problem transactions. If you had a problem with someone you did a transaction with, DO NOT post it in your thread or in your signature line. You may not bad mouth, or even say you had an unsuccessful transaction with anyone publicly on this thread. The thread of anyone not abiding by any rule or abusing this feedback feature will be deleted and you will not be allowed to re-start another one.
5) If you are checking references and want to ask someone something to the effect of, "I noticed so & so isn't on your successful list", DO NOT ask the question publicly on the thread. Send a private message to that person to inquire about someone you may be considering doing business with.
These rules and guidelines may be adjusted as needed. Just a simple feature for all of us with 5 pretty simple and straight forward rules to make this site a little better I think.

To forgive is to free a prisoner, and to discover that prisoner was you.
