    I will say this - if they are trying to grade by tenths of a point, it makes more sense than SGC's incoherent grading scale (ie - SGC 92, SGC 98, SGC 88, etc).

    I am still SOOO waiting for a grading company that grades up to an " 11 ".

    I could see it now . Spence's 1952 Mantle Psa 10 vs some self appointed grading expert ( he who shall not be named ) whipping out his Gem Mint Plus 11 .
