If you're referring to the 69 baseball wax packs, the answer is definitely no..

Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
  • Ask yourself this question: If I owned a beautiful, legitimate 1969 Topps Baseball wax pack would I sell it raw or would I spend the $20 to have it graded by PSA so I could triple my money. That may help you answer your question

I don't understand how auctions from sellers with multiple negs for re-sealing continue to garner multiple bids. What are people thinking?
  • Obviously those are the uninformed or alt's that dont intend to pay.

Obviously, they're not thinking! And welcome Bicey10.

People don't want to admit that they have been had and don't know what to look for. Even long-time collectors will sometimes refuse to acknowledge
    certain truths about unopened product.

Just expect to get a Vg-Ex wrapper and some Ex commons for your money. Of course if you don't open, you can still actually believe you got a real bargain.
