Morgan low ball set ratings 1/11/13

In the past few days culminating with the Morgan dollar basic low ball set today PCGS has followed through with they're revisiting the rating scores of the original upgrades posted on November 4, 2011. From sales records and population reports the low ball sets have been much more accurately rated for their uniqueness, grade, and scarcity on the PCGS registry. Every set has been affected in a positive way and as each set is continually upgraded it will become that much more evident on the registry.
