I spent my time on the floor- I did not look at any auction lots. I missed the items of interest in the Heritage auction as the British listing finished earlier in the week. The one thing about the show that you have to look- go through boxes and go even ask. As usual, I bought stuff I was not looking for and one Edward VII Medal with the Queen commemorating a trip to Cambridge in 1907 caught my interest and i did not buy it. I did see some attractive coins- I bought an 1891 shilling that was nice as well a 1924 Swedish Krona- I don't recall ever seeing a example that looked like this-
I saw Gene- discussed some Canadian coins which is always fun. Caught up with Zohar- discussed germany and Austria. I enjoyed the show- no big buys- just little satisfying ones- such as a Mexican One Centavo from 1922. I really can't say how often I have seen this date- so I liked it enough to add to the collection
The show was crowded as it always seems to be, but it was worth the trip

so true - it is an awesome venue - only wish I had the time to take off too.
