I don't have a store, but want to list some stuff. If I list fixed price, good til cancelled, do I get charged the listing fee every month,

I could be mistaken, but I don't think you can do a good til cancelled unless you have a store.

With a store, the listing is only .05

You can, I already had a few up, but with the ending of the discount, I didn't want to get stuck paying every month.
