MS-70 SPOTS

I just received a 2005 FS MS70 Silver Eagle that I had purchased and there are 2 visible tan colored spots on the obverse about the size of the writing end of a pencil. My question is, should I return this coin for replacement or refund since these are visible on the coin. Will this have an affect on a perspective buyers decision down the road if I decide to sell. I know I have seen a lot of MS coins with spots but have also seen some real dazzlers as well with beautiful fields. I would appreciate any advice or opinions from fellow Collectors on whether or not I should be concerned with the spots since already graded perfect by PCGS or should I return it since it may be bad investment material with these specs...
