6 IMO

They were using the Capped Bust design by 1809.

it is a 6, you can see nearly the whole outline, including the little circle inside.

the tip is about 1mm away from the bust

a quick comparison of the date would verify the 6. i'm on the road shortly or i'd do it.

the stars on the reverse are too big for it to be in 1801
