1827 Capped Bust Half Dollar...Variety?

Hey everyone. I was looking at an auction and found this '27 Half Dollar. The coin's not in that great of a condition, but I am curious which variety this is... if you look on the "E" in "STATES," you'll see a few horizontal die strikes right above it...I think. Does this constitute a variety?

in 1827 there were 28 Obverse Dies & 34 Reverse Dies used to produced 49 different Die Marriages.
