Using the Excel spreadsheet when submitting cards

PSA emailed me an Excel spreadsheet to use when submitting cards. Can I only use this for extra pages (page 2, 3 etc.) or can I also use it for page one? If I use it for page 1, do I just attach it to a blank submission form?

I just use my own Excel sheet. I label the columns as on the PSA form. I don'rt even fill out one page of their form - I just write "see attached spreadsheet" right on their submission form.

If you do this, how can you prove what cards were actually submitted?

This is exactly what I do also... works perfectly.

As long as you submit our spreadsheet along with the rest of your submission form, they will know. If you're worried about it, include the submission number on the top of your spreadsheet.

I use a spreadsheet that I made that mimics their submission form that I have used for years without issue.
