It was saying they noticed I have increased my sales and want me to call them so I dont have interupted service. Why would it be interupted?

You're selling too much. What is your limit on your selling page... both quantity and dollar amount?

Why would it matter how much I sell on Ebay?

This is from Ebay, NOT Paypal

eBay sets monthly sellers limits... they use both a quantity and a dollar limit... neither of which you can exceed in a month.

Did not know that. Its a new month and I just listed 400+ auctions the other day for the 1st time since Dec.
Maybe they want my SS# like Paypal?

Makes me eager to list the 250 slabs sitting upstairs
  • Morning,

Had the same thing happen a few years back when I went from about 10-15K a year to 40K in Sales, they stopped allowing my listings because I had reached my limit. I spent about 2 hours on the phone with one of their monkees trying to figure out why they would want to limit the amount I could sell? Couldn't get my head around a Business that wanted to limit the amount you sell that is in the Business of making money off the amount you sell !!! Never did, ended up screaming and almost pulling my hair out and hanging up on the douche, problem went away a few days later and hasn't been back since......but I always wonder when the idiots will drop the next shoe...........................

    Made the call.
    Waited for about 5 minutes.
Talked to the guy for about 10 minutes and he had to raise all my limits.
My account was set at 500 listing a month and I already hit it. 1st time doing that
So all is well again image

With 500 listings a month, you should open an ebay store. It would be much cheaper expense and fee wise.

I did open a store. You are correct, with that many listings, it is much cheaper
