7070 Type Set - Lots of Pictures!

These seem to be very popular these days but I have enjoyed them for quite a while now. I finished my type sets about 2 years ago and have been upgrading since.

These are basic scans, hope you enjoy!

    Whassup with that Memorial cent?

The Reeded Edge Bust half is perhaps my favorite in this group. Nice work!

I could not find a cent that I truly liked so I just decided to put in an error cent - it is on a dime planchet.

And I LOVE that Reeded Edge as well, it is one of my more favorite coins in all of my collection, 7070 set or slabs, etc. It is beautiful!

Oh, wow. An "eleven-cent" piece. That's impressive, too. Had it been a later date (zincoln), I would have thought it was a piece that didn't get the copper plating, but obviously the date precluded that possibility. I didn't consider a dime planchet error. Seems to fit that cent-sized slot pretty well.

That's a fine looking set! It's great that you still are upgrading after completing it.

I like the look of the No Cents nickel.

I really like your main set, and what you've done with the extra pages (the older types, Hawaiian, Philippine, commems) but not crazy about the SCD-Medals or the counterfeit fantasy reproductions

also can't help noticing your "stars" seated dime has no stars image

Thanks everyone! Like I said about pictures, because it is a scan you cannot see some of the really neat toning that I love.

Also I have incorporated a few proofs that also dont scan well:

proof seated dollar, half, dime, half dime
    proof barber quarter and half
    proof indian head cent
    proof liberty nickels
    silver proof jefferson
    proof walking liberty half

I guess I just tried to have fun

I love the idea of these albums and their customizibility (to a certain extent)

I just started mine a few months ago and am having a lot of fun filling it with what I like the most.

That being said I really like your barber coinage, very sharp!

It's all about what the people want...

Ah ha! 1890cc $1, very nice indeed. Love the attention paid to all the mints!
