If I wish to request "no qualifiers" on a submitted card, where on the submission form do I indicate this?

I typically write it along the left and right margins horizontally in large letters.

I do the exact same thing. The only thing I do different is put some big stars in front of the first word and last. Probably doesn't matter but they can't miss it.
