    Dimitri to be fair..I don't see how anyone can stay totally consistant..I would add NGC is just as "inconsistant" as PCGS if that's what we are getting at. But it is not the whole picture. Overall they try to be consistant but it is almost impossible to match one to another 100% of time. There are just too many variables that come into play. You have to admit it does become some sort of a game at a certain time and level and the one with more patience or money to burn is the winner.
