A Double Guess the Grade (Grades Finally Posted)

These coins are assigned different grades by our host.
Give me your opinion on a numerical grade for both.
I`ll post actual grades later tonight.

    Couple of nice "hot lips".

    You have what appears to be a couple VG examples, the top piece is just slightly better by a hair strand or two, VG-10 would be my guess.

    Oh gosh, if you hadn't said they were different grades, I'd have said both were VG08........

    But since I must, I'll guess

    1) VG10
    2) VG08

    Slightly better detail on Liberty's ear on the second coin. Side by side they should be graded the same.

    The arrows and leaves in the Eagle's talons are a tiny bit sharper on the second coin.

    I see them both as decent VG8

    Wouldn't be surprised if #1 is in F12 holder....#2 in a VG10

    Need the following OBW rolls to complete my 46-64 Roosevelt roll set:
    1947-P & D; 1948-D; 1949-P & S; 1950-D & S; and 1952-S.
    Any help locating any of these OBW rolls would be gratefully appreciated!

    I know they are supposed to be different grades, but they are not. I grade both VG-10. I assume that one
    was graded VG-10 and the other F-12.

    Honestly to me they do appear as the same grade...

    When in doubt, don't.

    While the wear looks almost the same, the VG10 does appear a little more "crisp" than the VG08. That look probably pushed it into the "choice VG" category.
