Will a Beckett JSA Authentic cross to PSA/DNA Authentic... 100% of the time?

Seems to be a lot of good deals available if you purchase Beckett JSA Authentic and cross them to PSA/DNA Authentic.
WANTED: Cincinnati Reds TEAM Cards

    Is a basic cert a card encapsulated in a Becket Authentic holder without grades?

    No, they will not always cross JSA to PSA and sometimes PSA to JSA.

    no just a basic coa with matching sticker on back of card. both psa and jsa have their problems but i'm not impressed with JSA at all, seems too loosey goosey. most of my problems have been with JSA.

    I've had 2 items that were certified by JSA rejected by PSA, one was a $25 autographed card and another was a high end HOFer signed check.
