Shipping costs going..... Down?

It looks as though USPS will begin offering delivery confirmation for free on all Priority, Express and Parcel post packages. I wonder if this will affect eBay's online label printing service.

    I understand, but now that ebay shipping costs are becoming more expensive comparable to the in-store usps costs, does anyone think they will go down?

    Highly doubt the shipping will go down, just might not be hiked sooner.

    So this means I can stand in line and wait for the same price as printing the label at home and having it picked up? Yes! Just what I was waiting for.
