Ebay Bucks Snafu

I just had an item I won refunded(which is a whole other issue) after the ebay bucks was issued. Now I have a negative balance for the program! Anyone ever had a similar problem?

i think i had a temp neg balance from a return where some ebay bucks where involved. i was patient and figured the system needed to catch up and re-issued the bucks to me and viola, they were back in my account before i knew it.

I had a large purchase refunded to me after I had used my free bucks. Created a sizable negative bucks balance. Ebay simply used bucks earned by my subsequent purchases to "repay" the negative balance. I didn't have to ask or do anything; it's just what automatically happened. Smooth, easy, simple.

Yep, what they all said. It's pretty common if you purchase large items with return policies around the end of the period. It's not really a "problem" so much as eBay closing a loophole.
