Today's winner is......darkstar37!!! His 1951 Mantle listing tops all others today, 1/3/2013. "85/15 top to bottom centering" and "a beautiful card back", he says. And, did he forget to put "MC" in the title?

I've never thought about it before, but apparently PSA doesn't gives two qualifiers. This card needed MC and ST. Is there a pecking order for qualifiers to determine which one goes on the slab?
