Which dealers provide the best Shipping?

I've purchased several thousand dollars in unopened material from Dave & Adam's Card World. Regretfully, they use UPS and their 2 business day shipping is taking 7-10 days. UPS doesn't count the day an item is shipped, the day it arrives or Saturday's. If I ship something today via USPS Priority Mail, the recepient will receive the package on Saturday. According to UPS, I will receive the same package on Tuesday. If you order something on Friday, they don't ship via UPS until Monday (at the earliest)... which is a Thu/Fri delivery. BBCE ships via USPS and I usually receive my packages the following day (of course I'm in the same State whereas dacardworld is 2 States away).

Which dealers care enough about customer service enough to customize shipping for their clients? A dealer that looks at weekends/holidays and customizes shipping based on the client... FedEx, UPS or USPS on Mon, Tue, Wed... USPS on Thu, Fri, Sat... etc.

The Topps Vault ships fast, uses Priority USPS (at no charge), and are intelligent enough to go overkill on the packing job for items that end high.

Jay Wolt at qualitycards.com is incredibly fast- rarely has it taken more than 3 days to get from him in PA to me in CA, and often less. And one time when I needed it overnite I had it.

Always looking for Topps Salesman Samples, pre '51 unopened packs, E90-2, E91a, N690 Kalamazoo Bats, and T204 Square Frame Ramly's

I'm more interested in the cheapest price for shipping rather than quickest shipping time. BBCE is expensive (in my opinion). D.a. card world isn't bad for shipping prices if you don't mind waiting a little longer.

I think if you spend $100 or more D & A ships free.

All "best" will mean to most people is that it's packed well and cheap. If it takes a day or two longer one way or the other who cares.
  • Rick at BBCE is the best.

I just received the package. It took 4 days longer and 6 of the 9 packs were the WRONG packs... but it was packed well and cheap... glad that's ALL that matters to you! image

Great packaging on graded cards from these larger sellers: Mintstate, Steve Novella, TripleSSS, Probstein, PWCC, Bussineau.

DACardworld and blowout have the best free shipping specials. But free shipping is going to be UPS ground. If you need it faster, simply pay for the expedited service. Also, if you ship a USPS priority package larger than a flat-rate box, its usually going to take longer than two days.

Problem is, they charge $3 for shipping. That's an automatic 4-star DSR right there.

LOL!! 50 cent for each additional card though...encourages multiple purchases....plus, they are one of the few people that run true 99 cent auctions!
