    It was nice of you to link to Carl's website. I'm sure he would appreciate your sentiments. Judging from his article you brought a lot of joy into his life and exposed him to a whole new aspect of numismatics.

    I have a holey token that I'm wondering if you can identify ... my mother-in-law gave it to me last week during her visit. She said it was her father's, and he served in WWII in Europe, so I'm thinking it might actually be French and not just a bilingual design...
