What's going on with this Coenwulf?

It's listed here for $12,500: FPL

But, it recently appeared in CNG 91: Sep., 2012

Does this mean the coin didn't sell in CNG 91? $12,500 is quite a strong retail price. My S919 is aEF, and I paid far less than current asking price.

Btw, this coin, in hand, really has great eye appeal.

    Interesting.

    CNG 91 says ...
    CNG 91, Lot: 1451. Estimate $10000.
    Sold for $7750. This amount does not include the buyer’s fee.

    I noted that pattern early last year with some other coins from CNG. Which is why I will never again purchase from the CNG store and why I only will put in a minimal bid on their eAuctions.
