Authentic - grading question

If you have a card that you know has been trimmed, but would like it to be slabbed, will PSA denote as "authentic" or "altered" but slab it anyway?

I believe both.....authentic to the right and sometimes altered or trimmed under the card title.

Correct. I had PSA do this for a card in my collection that I knew was trimmed (after the fact). If I remember correctly, I believe I cracked it out of an SGC case.
