Heartbreak loss for the Wolverines. Their offense got the job done against a tough South Carolina defense. Clowney is a beast. Michigan's defense let them down in the last 2 minutes. Great game.

Congrats to Northwestern. First bowl win since 1949.

This is a true statement. MAN, that hit on D Rob was sick, and of course context is everything...S.C. had just been jobbed on that spot/call. But Clowney made up for it in a hurry, and then the next play was a TD. Like you said, great game. Clowney has to be the early favorite for the Hiesman next year.

That was Vincent Smith that fumbled on that Clowney hit. However, any human would have coughed that up. Sick hit for sure.
