I'm surprised as well. I was hoping that Shwartz would get the ax or at least one of the coordinator's. Nope business as usual in Detroit. I can't believe Rex Ryan kept his job either.

Garrett got them to 8-8 and at least a chance at making the playoffs w/ a team full of injuries and a major tragedy. IMO the team underperformed the first 8 weeks and then played well above their talent level the last 8 weeks. I don't know if Garrett is the long term answer but he has done some good in Dallas. He's drafted well and has added quality FA's. The roster grew old and apathetic under Wade, which killed the development of younger players. I also think Garrett has to get credit for how hard the team plays and the fact that they fight to get back into games no matter the score.
