Uncatalogued Mantle photo found. I need help identifying this!

I just got off the phone with a man from the PSA research department. Together we have been trying to figure out what this is. It is uncatalogued and the size and stock of early/mid 60's Yankees Team Issue photo. I have the set. There is a Phil Linz photo included so I am pinning this between 1962-1965. Personally, I think it is 1962. If ANYONE can help me I would greatly appreciate it! This card is holding up my submission.

It's the photo on the right.

it is def a team issue and not Jay publishing, jay pub's would say "new york yankees" not just Yankees.
so I would say it is a 1965 team issue set especially due to Phil Linz inclusion as 64 was his most prolific season for the yanks
