Sports Card grading question?

OK, I'm not into cards but my son recently is. Does PCGS have a division for Sports Card Grading?

Is it PSA that I have read about on this Forum? I saw a few PSA Cards but they don't look like they are connected to PCGS?

Does PCGS have a sister division for Sports Card Grading?

He says it is worth $350 or so? Check-out the #18/49,,,,,,,,,, #18 is Peyton's number
