"Best" PSA football rookie card discussion

This could probably be in the set registry forum but I was looking for a lot of opinions/discussion, so I wanted to post it here.

We can discuss the Hall of Fame "worthiness" of all these players another time, but right now I would like to know what you think is there "best" rookie card, that meets the PSA criteria for inclusion in registry sets (must be numbered out of #/999 or more, can not have an auto, jersey or relic on it, classified as RC by Beckett). These are some players I think will be up for consideration for the HOF sets or All-Time greats of certain teams and cards I feel could be used for some:

I don't think Topps Chrome is the answer to all these, so looking for some real insight here.

Here is my thoughts on the Bears players you listed. Lance Briggs's best rc is going to be his 2003 Bowman card. They did not make a chrome version of his card that year. The SP is numbered to 750, so it can't be part of the registry set. The Tillman and Hester cards are probably going to be their Topps chome cards since the more expensive cards are either signed or numbered less than 999. The only other consideration to take is whether or not they should use the refractor as their "best" card since I believe those are not numbered.
