The previously unknown and extremely rare 1664 Unicorn token.
PNG member, numismatic dealer since 1965. Operates a retail store, also has exhibited at over 1000 shows. I firmly believe in numismatics as the world's greatest hobby, but recognize that this is a luxury and without collectors, we can all spend/melt our collections/inventories.
No idea what it is, but I remember reading the description in the Stacks sale. Not much information i could find on it, other than there was another one sold on eBay in early November for $80. Link to eBay.
Good luck with it. You may want to go with the info that it is from the Netherlands. I absolutely Love unknown tokens. They are fun to own and give one the satisfaction of identifying them when no one else knows.
I think that it is a token or jeton from the Netherlands or Spanish Netherlandsor possibly Belgium .... country borders in that lowland Northern European region were in flux for centuries. It could even be a German States from that time frame and region. It is definitely not a coin, but rather a token/jeton.

<< <i>I'm pretty sure this coin and the ebay coin are one and the same. >>
And probably the same one that was sold as part of lot #6880 in the November Stacks Baltimore sale.
