Question: Will PSA clean a "cloudy" chrome card before they slab it?

I have some chrome cards I want to submit. Will PSA gently wipe the cards back to a shiney finish before they slab them? Some of them have a haze on them. I cleaned a few, but would rather have PSA do it if its something they normally do.
