Grading standards psa 10 vs. Bgs 9.5

I guess this issue has been argued in the past, but I was wondering what everyone's thoughts were.
For modern cards, is a Psa 10 equivalent to Bgs 9.5?

I actually asked Beckett this question recently and got the typical political answer of "it all depends on the condition of the card when we receive it", which is obvious but I would have liked to know what percentage of Psa 10's actually cross-grade to Bgs 9.5's.

Does anyone here have experience crossing psa to Bgs?

I think you stand a better chance of PSA 10 to BGS 9.5 than the other way around if submitted for crossover in the original holder.

I've cracked out 9.5s that have come back PSA 8s, and cracked out BGS 8.5s that have come back 10s...there's zero consistency.

Know the issue and how the grading company grades it, buy the card not the holder. I collect both.

I've read that PSA's easier on modern chrome stuff than BGS is.
