best RC's of basketball modern era

I know very little about modern basketball cards.
If I were looking to buy rc's of possible future hofers (yes i know its way too early to know)
that would be on the psa set registry???? and thier guidleiness as far as rc go...

example: for 2013 there is no topps chrome. Would it be panini prism?

best guesses as nothing absolute can yet be deternined.

I would say the best basketball products right now are National Treasures, Immaculate, and Flawless. Rookie patch autos are the thing. Prizm is cool but I wouldn't lump it in with these 3. The basketball market is going to super high end stuff right now. The desirability of non serial numbered autographed "base" rookies right now is going down the toilet.
