My Lineup / Dugout Card transformation (8-12-86 Pirates @ Cubs)

I purchased the Dugout / Lineup card from board member McCardguy1 and took the card down to my local frame shop to let her perform her magic. This how it turned out. FYI on the game: The game was played on 8-12-86 at Wrigley Field between the Pirates and Cubs (Barry Bonds & Bobby Bonilla rookie years) The Cubs won 3-1, but Bonds did hit his 12th homer of the season and career.

  • Bobby, nice. But I'm calling BS here, no way The Cubs only gave up one run in a game in 1986.
From what I can tell, 707 is the DOLLAR STORE compared to deans_cards. For what that guy charges, if I ever bought anything from him I would expect it to be delivered to me in a frickin' limo.

Wow Bobby - that's a great piece - superb frame job!

Was there any reason why you wanted that particular lineup?

    Thanx for sharing.

No real reason, but I did buy because it was the rookie year of Barry Bonds and Bobby Bo. Also in the lineup that day were some of my favorite Pirates Johnny Ray, Tony Pena and RJ Reynolds.

    excellent job with the framing.

This is exactly what I had in mind when I originally took these off the dugout wall years ago. I have a few left and should probably have them framed.

    Again, Good job!!
I am on a budget and I am not afraid to use it!!

Thanks Doug. I was 19 that year as well although my birthday was a couple of months before that game. I was getting ready for my freshman year at Purdue.
