Best Post 1994 Boxes - Any Sport

I mainly collect pre 1980 baseball and hockey wax and packs. With the dominance of refractors and inserts post 1990 what boxes remain that contain high value base cards. Meaning you wouldn't buy only for a chance to gamble on a refractor or other insert. Feel free to post your thoughts.
I say start with boxes after the 1993/1994 SP Baseball Jeter/Arod rookies. Is there anything modern with high a value base card? By high value I mean the base card would pay for the box and is over say $200

1996-97 Topps Chrome basketball box - Kobe rookie
2003-04 Finest Basketball box - Lebron rookie
