Who's the custom card maker?

I would like a card done of former Texas Tech, and Steelers #1 pick "Senor Sack" Gabe Rivera. I'm horrible at art and design and all that stuff. I'd glad pay for your time, shipping, or throw some cards your way. PM and we can go from there. Thanks.

Doesnt Topps make custom cards on their site?

For cut sigs it was either Garret (Knuckles) or Doran (HeritageAddict). Haven't seen either of them for a long time, though.

For a regular card you might want to contact Bob Lemke (AUPT). He has done some amazing work on "cards that never were".
