Good question. The real answer is not provided. Some VAMs of the 100 have multple versions that can make up the required.

Looking for PCGS AU58+ 1901-P, 1896-O, & 1894-O
PCGS only recognizes 97 VAMs of the top 100.
They do not recognize the micro o's from 1896, 1900, & 1902.
