super rare Mizuno item from Moscow Olympics 1980

I found a vintage Mizuno Olympics games Moscow 1980 elastic sports headband.

I want your opinion about this item. I believe that it is a super rare item, since there is almost no information on the internet about this. This official Olympic games product, manifactured by the famous Japan company Mizuno for the Olympic games in Moscow, Russia in 1980. There is a very little information about Mizuno's official outfit for Moscow Olympic Games so I would be glad if you have some info for this product.
