Anyone have info on this? (British or possibly Canadian token)

I most often see these called 'farthings' and usually the seller attempts to attribute them to Canada (British Columbia?) ca. 1820's or 1830's. A cursory search brought up a wide range of images, some looking much more 'modern' and a few with fasces below the obverse bust. Any additional info would be appreciated

I know a lot of the Canadian Blacksmith tokens have a rever like that, seated looking right with scales.

The lady on the reverse has rather buff legs for her body doesn't she?
