missing 4Sharp order
![BasherBoy](https://us.v-cdn.net/6027503/uploads/authoricons/zefbelushi.jpg)
I had placed a small order with 4SC. Somehow it got labeled and sent to the wrong customer. I've been waiting a few weeks and they have not gotten any kind of response. I just thought I'd post here in case anybody received any extras. Order was mostly 73 FB, with a couple Browns cards and a couple 59 FB if I remember correctly.

got a refund.
However, after getting multiple stories that never matched I have made them a vendor of last resort.
Bad service is one thing. LYING to a customer is unacceptable.

Yeah, I got an extra package once from them myself (4x 54 Bowmans) Called and let them know then mailed them back.

Come to think of it, did you get re-imbursed on the shipping back to them? From what I remembered, they just complimented me on being honest but never compensated me for the return shipping!

I have had 4SC miss some cards. Yes cust service is slow but they will eventually refund u.
I have had a few extras sent 2 me. In a few cases I sent the card to the real buyer and not back to seller.
Most sellers will offer to pay return shipping. One was a $400 card

I won four 8.5s for my second set, small money, maybe $25 total. I never got the cards. Period. The only response I ever received from them was that they insisted that they were sent and delivered. We are talking about an order worth less than 1/10th of 1% of the value of what I had spent with them to that point and they could not have been more abrupt or useless. As a dealer, I would have refunded that to a regular customer in a nanosecond.
Add in the brutal overcharges they have had through the years and it gets more egregious. Long time customers will remember the $4/$2/$2 scale, where it would cost you $8 to get three cards mailed, then you would get them in a bubble envelope. They have improved in this area more recently to be fair, but customer service is NOT their forte.

Something fishy here....and a digital trail may help an investigation.
4SC certainly didn't register the cards (however they could have sold a registered card).
My last 4SC order......my last purchase inc a $6 card emailed them 4X to combine auctions with my regular lot.
Nothing...not even a response. Such piss poor customer service sometimes.
then they slam a NPB really?

Now we hear that BasherBoy was asked to remove cards he ordered from 4SC from his registry. How could that
occur unless someone else was trying to register them??? And so soon after they went "missing"????
When this happened to me, I had purchased a low-pop 1970 Topps high number in PSA 9 for what I believed to be an attractive
price (about $130 versus usual auction prices of over $200). For some reason, I received a PSA 7. I got 3 different stories from 4SC about it
when I called:
- Story 1: We sold a PSA 7 at around roughly the same date and mixed up the shipment by mistake. They promised to contact the other buyer
and get things corrected (no follow-up from them for 2 weeks so I called back)
- Story 2: We have no record of the first call. Will see what they can do and will call me back (no call ever came so 2 weeks later I called again)
- Story 3: Have no record of the PSA 7 sale, and do not have card in their inventory so they will refund (refund processed within 24 hours).
HOWEVER, I saved the cert # from the Ebay photo and checked it the same day as call #3. Sure enough, when I tried to "register" it I found that it was
in someone else's registry.
Hearing BasherBoy's story has me wondering if 4SC is really on the up and up? Could they be deliberately double-selling cards (trying to get a higher price)
and simply "losing" the shipments to the lower priced buyer when a double sale happens and refunding when the 1st buyer calls to inquire where the missing
cards are?
I won't do business with them again, nor with their raw card alias New England Sports Cards. No vendor can lie to and/or "misinform" me in this manner and
keep me as a customer.
Use this information as you will, but be aware that something unusual is happening with too much frequency at 4SC for my likeing!
