missing 4Sharp order

I had placed a small order with 4SC. Somehow it got labeled and sent to the wrong customer. I've been waiting a few weeks and they have not gotten any kind of response. I just thought I'd post here in case anybody received any extras. Order was mostly 73 FB, with a couple Browns cards and a couple 59 FB if I remember correctly.

Had this happen to me before, but I was the one who received the wrong package. I've heard this happens more often than it should with 4SC. I sent the cards back and notified them that I was doing so.

Had this happen with a lo-pop which I won that I needed for a registry set. Got the run-around from them and finally after 6 weeks
    got a refund.

However, after getting multiple stories that never matched I have made them a vendor of last resort.

Bad service is one thing. LYING to a customer is unacceptable.

Come to think of it, did you get re-imbursed on the shipping back to them? From what I remembered, they just complimented me on being honest but never compensated me for the return shipping!

My first and only time ordering from their site they missd 2 of my cards and never got them and one case had a crack. Got my money back for the 2 cards after complaining for a few days and $5 towards a reholder. Scared to order from them again!

    This stuff happens kinda frequently.

I have had 4SC miss some cards. Yes cust service is slow but they will eventually refund u.

I have had a few extras sent 2 me. In a few cases I sent the card to the real buyer and not back to seller.

Most sellers will offer to pay return shipping. One was a $400 card

  • I do want to be clear, I am not slamming 4SC. I just thought I'd put it out there in case anybody got an extra package. I've had a couple issues with them but they have generally fixed the problems that I've had.

I had a situation with them that really, really soured me. I have spent thousands with them and bought literally hundreds of 75 minis over the years.

I won four 8.5s for my second set, small money, maybe $25 total. I never got the cards. Period. The only response I ever received from them was that they insisted that they were sent and delivered. We are talking about an order worth less than 1/10th of 1% of the value of what I had spent with them to that point and they could not have been more abrupt or useless. As a dealer, I would have refunded that to a regular customer in a nanosecond.

Add in the brutal overcharges they have had through the years and it gets more egregious. Long time customers will remember the $4/$2/$2 scale, where it would cost you $8 to get three cards mailed, then you would get them in a bubble envelope. They have improved in this area more recently to be fair, but customer service is NOT their forte.

They once shipped my cards to my old house that I moved away from three years prior. I had a PSA 10 POP 2 for my Packer HOF Rookie set. After many emails they told me what address they shipped to. It did not match my Paypal address from the transaction. Eventually (six weeks) I got my money back but yet to this day I am still pissed I don't have that card.
  • Never had any issues with my order from them...both on ebay and through their website. Although, the couple times i have emailed them, i never got a reply or acknowledgement. Other than that, happy with their service

  • I think I may be done dealing with them. They did refund my money for the lost package, however I had placed another order with them after the order went AWOL and now it seems my more recent order is also missing. It should have been here by now, and last night I got requests to remove the cards from my registry (I know I shouldn't add them until I get them, but I use my registry like a checklist so I usually add them once I've paid if able) Anyway, with 2 packages vanishing in a couple weeks I think I will just bypass their stuff from now on. btw if you get a box with these Indians please let me know!

keep those psa cert numbers and don't release them.

Something fishy here....and a digital trail may help an investigation.

4SC certainly didn't register the cards (however they could have sold a registered card).

My last 4SC order......my last purchase inc a $6 card emailed them 4X to combine auctions with my regular lot.

Nothing...not even a response. Such piss poor customer service sometimes.

then they slam a NPB really?

As I said early on in this thread, bad service is one thing but lying about it is unacceptable.

Now we hear that BasherBoy was asked to remove cards he ordered from 4SC from his registry. How could that
occur unless someone else was trying to register them??? And so soon after they went "missing"????

When this happened to me, I had purchased a low-pop 1970 Topps high number in PSA 9 for what I believed to be an attractive
price (about $130 versus usual auction prices of over $200). For some reason, I received a PSA 7. I got 3 different stories from 4SC about it
    when I called:

    - Story 1: We sold a PSA 7 at around roughly the same date and mixed up the shipment by mistake. They promised to contact the other buyer
and get things corrected (no follow-up from them for 2 weeks so I called back)

    - Story 2: We have no record of the first call. Will see what they can do and will call me back (no call ever came so 2 weeks later I called again)

    - Story 3: Have no record of the PSA 7 sale, and do not have card in their inventory so they will refund (refund processed within 24 hours).

HOWEVER, I saved the cert # from the Ebay photo and checked it the same day as call #3. Sure enough, when I tried to "register" it I found that it was
    in someone else's registry.

Hearing BasherBoy's story has me wondering if 4SC is really on the up and up? Could they be deliberately double-selling cards (trying to get a higher price)
and simply "losing" the shipments to the lower priced buyer when a double sale happens and refunding when the 1st buyer calls to inquire where the missing
    cards are?

I won't do business with them again, nor with their raw card alias New England Sports Cards. No vendor can lie to and/or "misinform" me in this manner and
    keep me as a customer.

Use this information as you will, but be aware that something unusual is happening with too much frequency at 4SC for my likeing!

  • I've dealt with them 2 or 3 times recently, one just this past week. No problems here.

I recently ordered some junk wax from Kruk Cards.....It came in 2 boxes....one had the junk wax, the other a Game Used Blue Jays Jersey of Mike Adams. The receipt on the inside of the box showed this as a $119 item going to someone in New York. Obviously, this was mis-shipped. I called them, they emailed me a prepaid Fed Ex label and gave me $20 credi on my next order with them. Thought it was a nice gesture, although I didnt ask for a "reward", they are going to take a $20 + postage hit to make a customer happy. I know there has been some negativity toward them on this site (and a little humor too), but to me this was my first experience with them and although they made a mistake, they made it right, on both ends
IT IS ALWAYS CHEAPER TO NOT SELL ON EBAY
