Which rack pack cell should a Henderson rookie be in?

Does anyone know which cell in a rack pack a Rickey Henderson rookie should be in?

Henderson is an A card and should always be in section next to the header card. There are a number of resealed racks out there where he is in far section. Avoid them!

Yeah here is one that Probstein on ebay is selling today that most would consider "clearly a fake"

So GAI is not legitimate as far as grading goes?

Most packs especially those in first generation GAI holders are legitimate as I've crossed many in my collection to PSA and have no question that the vast majority are authentic. They did make mistakes however and that is one of them.

They were but that era was when Ryan Rutter was doing the grading so that era deserves an asterisk all by itself, lol..the most notorious missteps by Gai were those and the bad 58 bb cellos with the wrong reverse seal. All the grocery cellos bear a cert number beginning with 102 as they realized the error and stopped slabbing them shortly after that.

I wondered what ever happened to Ryan Rutter. A Google search shows he passed away a few years back from an illness. I don't know if that is true or not. I remember him advertising pretty extensively in SCD and he seemed to be the only other unopened specialist back in the day with Mark Murphy. Speaking of Mark Murphy, is he entirely out of the game now?

Interesting. I heard he had a fire and then he disappeared. I had a number of good dealings with Mark.

What happened? Have never really heard the story besides two fires and a move to CA from CT. He was the original Steve Hart. I think Steve is doing pretty well. Mark must have landed an even more lucrative gig.

Can anyone tell me about the 84 Donruss Racks? I recently picked up a GAI 9 Rack with Mattingly on the front, but the Mattingly is on the bottom panel....I am now a little nervous as to it's authenticity
