Jordan Insert Value? Numbered 001 / 100

I have a Jordan insert that I have stumbled across and I was interested in what the board thought the value of this card would be:

2002/2003 NBA Hoops Stars Platinum Superstars 001/100

  • Probably a couple hundred. Doesn't look grade worthy

  • Maybe do a best offer listing on Ebay and see what I get?

  • A couple hundred sounds about right with the right buyer. I'd list a BIN/BO on eBay to see if you get any bites. Too bad he's in a wizards uni

I would say a couple of hundred is way to high.....I havent had a Beckett in a while, but the one I had from last year lists this card at $50 on the HI side. The #1 might give it a little extra value, but even still, I would say that getting $50 would be a stretch for it.
IT IS ALWAYS CHEAPER TO NOT SELL ON EBAY
  • A card of Michael Jordan from his playing days, his last season to be precise, numbered 1/100 should be a pretty big seller. I would either list BIN/BO at around $400 or auction it at $.99 and see what happens with the crazy Jordan collectors. Great card to stumble across.
  • I put it up on Ebay with a BIN/OBO for $500 so we will see what offers we can scare up. I checked the Pop Reports and there is none listed so I might send it off if it doesn't sell right away.

Unfortunately the big sellers are the bulls, 90s cards. I would say 50 -100 is a fair guess.

Final hammer at $40.....not tooting my own horn, but that was about what I expected.

Still a nice find for a card sitting around. Wish I had kept a lot of those before Jordan cards got hot
