TrueView photos disappearing from database

PCGS accidentally wiped out 5 of my TrueView photos from the database and the Cert Verification page (only about 3% of my total TrueView photo inventory).

I sent PCGS the cert numbers of the affected coins and I am hoping they can fix it.

If any of you have Registry Sets with photos or have bought TrueView photos, you might want to check that they are still there.

Sorry to hear but I have no doubt they will make it right. They are probably updating a few things get
messed up temporarily sometimes.

WL57, no need to tell the world that PCGS TrueView service is expen$ive!
That will not get you the desired results.
Your TrueViews will show up my friend.....wait and see.

Just an update that PCGS is running a computer process that might be temporarily wiping out photos.
So this issue will clear up in a few days.

The TrueViews of my MPL's are safe and sound on MY hard drive and/or back-up. They were/are also online in Coinfacts but that isn't that important to me. What is important is that I can look at my TrueView MPL's anytime I want to and "blow-up" the images to see all the diagnostics. It is great.

Hey All -

You folks are right, we did have an issue with our image processing system where some photos were accidentally taken down. Please rest assured, your TrueView (and other) images are all safe, this is just a kink in the display management system.

We've identified and (we think!) resolved the issue, so those photos should start popping back up soon (over the next 24 hours).
