Do These Super Bowl Program Insert Cards Have Value?

I have a Super Bowl XXVII program with a sample insert card of Steve Young by Pro Line. The program also contains a Barry Foster Game Day sample card as well. Both of the cards appear in mint condition. Do these have any significant value or should the value be just that of the program itself?

I also have a Super Bowl XXVI program with a sheet of 9 Anthony Munoz cards by Pro Line inserted. Are those cards of any specific value or is the value in the program itself.

The value is in the complete program. The only Prol Line cards worth a premium are autographed ones.
