I use it. The only con is a $400 purchase limit. Buying anything more than that I have to use another card. My wife and I use it for everything because we get 1.5% back.

Limit depends upon credit worthiness. Additionally, I wouldn't carry a balance on it as the interest rate is far more than would be available elsewhere based upon the user's credit rating.
I like my debit card simply for the ease of withdrawing the cash from my Paypal account. I rarely use it as a credit card where I would receive the 1% cash back.
EDIT TO ADD: I don't get charged an ATM fee when I use an ATM associated with the bank account connected to my Paypal account.

yes, sorry I was talking about the debit card.

I like to avoid using traditional credit cards and paying interest.
