Offering $2.35 less per coin than online price is not outrageous, IMO.
PLUS Wes states "PM me with your offer." so there may be wiggle room to get a bit more.
There's no mention of whether or not shipping needs to be included, so I presume that's up for negotiation.
It all comes down to what a seller is comfortable with.
Though buying local is good, I have found buying from board members is better.
JMO
If ya don't like someone's offer, either counter privately or move on.
